Kearney jumped out to a 22-12 lead after the first quarter and extended the lead to 43-26 at the half.
West was able to cut the lead to 10 points late in the game, but could not get any closer.
Kearney's Josh Webber and Ben Johnson combined for 50 points in the game.
Cade Walker was the only player in double-digits with 12 points.  Reece Carson and Trey Abara  both recorded 7 assists.  Carter LaBorde grabbed 7 rebounds.
