The JV team beat Creighton Prep as Jacob Morrison's made a buzzer-beater for the 63-61 victory.
West was 10/22 from behind the 3-point arc in the game.
The Wildcats outscored Preop 18-15 in the first quarter and made a 3-pointer at the end of the first half to lead 30-27.
In the 3rd quarter, West was able to increase their lead by outscoring Prep 22-8 in the quarter and taking a 54-35 lead in the final period.
Prep used a full court press to force the Wildcats to turn the ball over in the 4th quarter.  The turnovers combined with foul trouble for the Wildcats allowed Prep to get back in the game.  With 5.7 seconds remaining Prep tied the score 61-61.
After a timeout, Morrison dribble down the length of the court and made a floater for the win.
Gavin Miller led the team with 17 points and was 5/9 3-pointers.  Leo Cauble score 13 points and was 3/5 3's in just 2 quarters.  Jacob Morrison scored 12 points, was 2/2 from 3-pointers, and had 7 assists.  Josh Fabrikant led the team with 6 rebounds.
