Omaha Central used a 13-1 run in the 3rd quarter to beat the Wildcats, 53-38.
West led 11-10 after the first quarter.  Three Wildcats were in foul trouble in the first half, but West was able to go into the half tied 24-24.
The Wildcats held a 33-31 lead after a basket by Vince Long with 4:53 left in the 3rd quarter when Central went on their 13-1 run.
West battled back and had the ball with under a minute and trailing 50-47.  The Wildcats missed three shots on a possession and had the ball out of bounds with 31.7 seconds left.  A turnover on the inbounds play.  Central made 3/4 free throws down the stretch to secure the victory.
Vince Long scored 11 points for West.  Cade Walker recorded 10 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists, and 2 steals.
