Millard West Varsity boys started their season at home against Pre-Season #1 Millard North.

The Mustangs didn't waste any time taking control of the game and jumped out to an 8-1 lead.  The Wildcats were able to battle back and tie the score 11-11 by the end of the first quarter.  

Millard North scored 27 points in the 2nd quarter to take a 38-25 lead into the 2nd half.

West could not cut into the lead in the 2nd half and lost 66-44.

Cade Walker led the team with 16 points and 9 rebounds.  Reece Carson dished out 3 assists and Ben LaBorde had 2 steals in the 4th quarter.
