Omaha North traveled to Millard West on an icy-night on Friday.

North had an early 3-0 lead, but after a 3-point basket by Jayden Kozney, the Wildcats led until North tied the score 30-30 with 27 seconds left in the half.

The Vikings used a 9-0 run early in the second half and led by 11 going into the 4th quarter.   The Wildcat defense forced six turnovers on North's first seven possessions of the final period to cut the lead to 49-46.  With 2:32 left in the game, West missed a shot that would have cut the viking lead to 2.  North scored on the next possession.  West was not able to cut into the lead as the Vikings pulled away for the 63-53 victory.

Carter LaBorde led the team with 13 points.  Cade Walker and Reece Carter added 12 and 11 points respectively.
